In 1993, Plant A of Kunshan Huaxin PCB Co., Ltd. was founded with registered capital of RMB 43.58 million.
In 1996, the company was ISO9002 certified by Shanghai Audit Center of Quality System and DNV.
In 2000, Kunshan Huaxing Wiring Board Assembly Plant was founded with registered capital of RMB 5 million.
In 2000, the company was DNV ISO14001 certified.
In 2003, the company was DNV ISO9001-2000 certified.
In 2004, Plant B of Kunshan Huaxin PCB Co., Ltd. was founded with registered capital of RMB 15 million and an investment of RMB 60 million, and an investment of RMB 4 million for sewage disposal plant and other affiliated establishment.
In Dec 2004, Plant A of Huaxin PCB Co., Ltd. was DNV QS9000 certified.
In Dec 2005, the Chairman Yang Xiaolin was appraised as township enterpriser by Ministry of Agriculture, PRC.
During 2001-2005, RMB 180 million was invested to expand capability of Huaxin PCB and Huaxing Wiring Board Assembly.
In Mar 2003, the company was regarded as “Contract-stressing & Promise-keeping Enterprise” by the State Administration for Industry & Commerce.
In 2003, the company was appointed as municipal R&D Center of Circuit Board by Suzhou Government.
On April 28th, 2004, the company received sanitary inspection from Suzhou Municipal Economic & Trade Commission and Suzhou Environmental Protection Bureau, and passed the inspection smoothly.
In May 2005, the company was regarded as “State-level Hi-tech Enterprise” by the Ministry of Science and Technology of PRC.
On May 10th, 2005, the reconstruction project was approved by Suzhou Environmental Protection Bureau.
